I would like to introduce myself and tell
you about myself.
My Name is Linda Walsh dogs have been a part of
my life, for as long as I can remember. My father kept G.S.D's,
Collies we also had Chow, a St Bernard and racing Greyhounds.
We lived on a farm on the outskirts of London in the 60's.
I bred
my first litter of Border
Collies at the time they where not recognised by the Kennel Club
for showing. My first job was working with racing Greyhounds, in
1974 I started
breeding and showing German Shepherds and my first bitch was called
Balacents pippa-Dee and this is where the Pippaway affix came
from.
The bitch was a gorgeous black with a little bit of gold, we called
her Witch. Witch was the start of a wonderful life, 27 years of
lovely temperaments, lots of love.
In 2001 I was asked by a breeder
of
Newfoundlands if they could name a new puppy after Witch, I
felt honoured. After
all these years someone still remembered a wonderful bitch.
In
the 80's I fell in love with the Japanese Spitz, I then went on
to owning German Spitz, Standard Longhaired Dachshunds and
of cause
the American Cocker Spaniel.
I share this passion with my daughter
Sarah.
I have Judged G.S.D's, Cocker Spaniels, American Cocker
Spaniels, German Spitz, Japanese Spitz, and all varieties of
Dachshunds.
